Ambassador meets members of Iran Parliament's working group on cooperation with the Parliament of Belarus

On November 25, 2020 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Iran Yuri Lazarchik held a meeting with the members of the working group of the Islamic Council of Iran on cooperation with the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus. During the meeting, the Belarusian side conveyed a message from the head of the working group of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation with the Islamic Council of Iran Andrei Savinykh to the head of the Iranian Parliament working group Aboulfazl Amui.

The parties reaffirmed the fruitful nature of inter-parliamentary cooperation between Belarus and Iran, and also discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic, legal and other spheres.

Aboulfazl Amui expressed satisfaction with the level of interaction of the legislative bodies of the two states and stressed the interest of the Iranian side in the continuation of constructive cooperation.

In his turn, Yuri Lazarchik expressed hope for achieving practical results of joint efforts with the aim of improving the results of bilateral cooperation.
